Do you want to help us share the joy of coding and support our mission for a gender equal tech industry? Then you’ve come to the right place!
A main force of Pink Programming is a team of hundred dedicated volunteers working with events, code mentoring, communication and much more. Our application for Fall season is closed, but you can always fill out our notice of interest, and we’ll keep you posted on new openings in the future.
Pink Programming is Sweden’s biggest community for female and non-binary programmers! We’re a non-profit organization with the mission to create a gender equal tech industry. Our aim is threefold: inspire women, non-binary and transgender people to discover programming, support and boost those already working in the industry, and help companies become more inclusive.
The team behind Pink Programming is an office of 3 employees, a board and 100 volunteers – divided into project groups in different cities. Among the volunteers, some work as developers, others have joined us to be social media producers, event coordinators or to be just another pair of helping hands during our various events. As a member of this fast-growing organization, you have the opportunity to make a big impact and you get access to a fantastic community of women and non-binary in tech.
Pink Sundays are our most popular coding events, usually organized once a month in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. At these code meetups, both digital and physcial, we welcome women and non-binary people of all ages, backgrounds or programming experience to try out coding or build on exciting skills together.
