Pink Programming is looking for a project- and course manager

Pink Programming is a non-profit organization working for a gender equal tech and IT industry. We strive for more women and non-binary to start coding, and to boost the women who are programmers in the industry already. We arrange coding events in inspiring environments where participants build knowledge through coding together.

Parallel with increasing the amount of women choosing to become developers, we educate companies. The past years, Pink Programming has designed workshops and lectures together with our community, to help companies attract and keep female developers at their company.

With support from Jämställdhetsmyndigheten, Pink Programming will further develop this work into a full course during 2020/2021. We are now looking for a project- and course manager to coordinate the project and develop the course, as well as further train others into course leaders.

We believe that you are a solution focused, organized and independently working project manager with experience from developing and holding courses or workshops, that you have good knowledge within the gender equality field and that you are able to express yourself well in both swedish and english. You are not required a background in IT or programming for this role, but an understanding and curiosity for the tech industry is highly appreciated.

You will be offered a large extent of flexibility in your work, as well as the possibility to shape your role within the framework of the position.

Employment: Project employment or freelance work equivalent to 50% during 9 months

Start date: Immediately or by appointment

Primary workplace: Pink Programming HQ, Malmö (remote work can be discussed)
